I love these yoga leggings so much, obviously they are much better than the $50+ products I bought before. As we all know, yoga leggings are not limited to indoor use such as gyms or dance studios. Many people use yoga leggings instead of tight running pants, yoga leggings have the stretchability that tight running pants lack. But personally, yoga leggings can cope with some short-distance running trainings, but if it is a high-intensity marathon, running pants or compression pants are still the first choice. And they have become the favorite of countless women, sports are no longer the only label of yoga leggings. I do believe that the manufacturers of yoga leggings pay more attention to the sports performance of themselves, they're usually thinner, better breathable, better elastic and dry faster than casual leggings, however, they are worse warmth retention property than regular ones. So in my opinion, yoga leggings are a comprehensive upgrade and optimization of ordinary leggings.
